At that time, I was introduced to free verse poetry through a creative writing class I was taking. What struck me today (for the first time) was the idea of a castle in the sky, one of the central tenets of <a href=\"https:\/\/bxwretlind.com\/blog\/castles-a-fictional-memoir-of-a-girl-with-scissors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Castles<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Castle in the Sky<\/em> is also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0092067\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a Japanese animated movie from 1986<\/a>, which I don&#8217;t recall if I ever saw&#8211;with Disney voiceovers provided by Anna Panquin, Mark Hamill, Mandy Patinkin and more.
